A. Absolutely! We love pets here. You can have up to 2 furry friends per apartment. While we have a few dog breed restrictions, there’s no pet rent to worry about. We do ask for a $300 pet deposit per apartment. Your pets will feel right at home!
Q. Can I have shelves, curtains, posters, etc.?
A. Of course! Feel free to personalize your space with pictures or wall art using small nails or thumbtacks. Just a heads up, adhesive hanging devices aren’t considered “damage-free,” so we recommend steering clear of those.
Q. Can I paint my walls?
A. We totally get the urge to add a splash of color, but we ask that you return the apartment in its original condition. Maybe some temporary wallpaper or colorful decor could do the trick?
Q. What does the application and leasing process look like?
A. We’ve made it super easy! Start by applying online through our floor plans page. There's a $25 application fee per home and a $300 holding deposit. Once your application is in, we’ll send you a link to Snappt for income verification and run a background and credit check, if needed. We usually have screening results within 48 hours, but it can vary. Once approved, you’ll get a warm welcome letter with all the next steps and your lease to sign electronically. Welcome aboard!
Q. Do you require renter’s insurance?
A. Yes, we do! We require liability insurance with at least $300,000 in coverage. Don’t forget to list our community as an "Interested Party" on your policy’s declaration page. Feel free to choose your own insurance carrier.
Q. How do I submit a maintenance or service request?
A. We’ve got you covered! Submit any maintenance requests through your resident portal in Rent Café, or just give our office a call. We’re here to help!
Q. When/How should I set up my utilities?
A. Good news! You won’t have to worry about setting up or transferring Xcel. We handle all utilities for you, and you’ll simply pay them with your rent each month. Easy peasy!

A. You can conveniently pay your rent through the resident portal in Rent Café, or if you prefer, you can pay in person with a cashier’s check or money order.
Q. What are the lease terms? Do you offer short-term leases?
A. We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 13 to 18 months. Find the one that fits your lifestyle!
Q. Do the apartments have in-unit laundry?
A. Yes, they do! Each apartment has a full washer and dryer, making laundry day a breeze.
Q. Do you accept Section 8?
A. Absolutely! We welcome all sources of income.
Q. Do you have elevators?
A. Yes, Building 1 has an elevator for your convenience. Our other buildings are charming 3-story walk-ups.
Q. How much income is needed to qualify?
A. We require the household to earn at least 2 times the gross rent. Let us know if you have any qualifying questions!
